1. Go look out the window. It doesn’t matter what you look at. Just know there is ANOTHER world outside of the world you live in which evolves around far less stress.
Know that your mind is surrounded by that which makes you stressful and thoughts making it APPEAR there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

2.. Spend more time in the bathroom eliminating waste from your colon? Have you cleaned out your colon from decades of waste. If you’re still eating meat, stop, until you can get a handle on your stress.
